How long does the order take?
The processing process may take 1-5 working days. In most cases, we will ship the goods within 5 working days.
Can I have a tracking number?
If there is a problem with your order, we will provide a tracking number via email.
I ordered more than 2 items, but only received one...Where is my order?
We provide a wide range of products to various partners internationally. When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately for faster delivery to you. You may receive one item before the next item. So if you don’t receive all the items at once, don’t panic...they are on their way! Similarly, if you have any questions about the order, please always contact us!
Can I cancel the order?
You can cancel the order without any penalty! You must cancel the order within 24 hours after the order is created before the cancellation order can be applied. If the item has already been sent, it cannot be cancelled.
4. My belongings are damaged
Why did I not receive any order confirmation information?
In most cases, this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email information by mistake. During the whole process, we will send 2-3 emails including order confirmation, fulfillment notice and shipping notice.
